The other day I started to feel a twinge of panic. I have a list of new fall samples that have to be knit, and they're not getting checked off quickly enough. Then yesterday someone was cruel enough to point out that it's only two months until Rhinebeck. Two months. And I have other events before Rhinebeck, which means I have less than two months to pull everything together.
This could have thrown me into a full-blown tizzy, but instead I sat down, took a deep breath and cast on. Starting a new project is a wonderful coping mechanism, and it's productive.
Something short and sweet . . . just enough to take the edge off.
